Funko Window Swap

This option is for YOU to send us your Funko along side a signed pop window to be swapped over. Returning to you will be the signed Funko pop after swapping only so please don't send any Funkos that aren't requiring swapped.

Before purchase you MUST discuss the item/s needing swapped with us.

While the success rate is extremely high, window swaps come with an element of risk involved, by purchasing this and sending us your Funkos you accept the risks involved and agree that we are not held accountable for any damaged caused within reason.

Once purchased the desired amount that equals the swaps required please email info@highlandhobbieslimited.com with your order number to request the send in address. Please ensure all Funkos are sent built up (not flattened - with or without figure) and are in a pop protector, please make sure you Funkos are labelled with your name and order number to ensure no confusions.

- Turnaround Time: Once received your order will be added to our waiting list, we aim to complete all window swaps within a week period of receiving the items but sometimes can take longer depending on waiting list length.
